Longest streaks without -1000 tick?

Nothing particular, just think it’s interesting, because the 2:15pm FOMC will probably end this: I haven’t seen –1000 tick for a long long time, perhaps it’s the longest streaks without –1000 tick, yet the market went nowhere.
